25ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
15ml Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Honey Syrup (3 parts honey / 1 part water)
125 ml Premium Tonic Water
1/2 Orange Wheel
Directions
- Pour your ingredients into a large wine glass (except the tonic)
- Fill your glass to the top with cubed ice
- Top with chilled tonic water and gently stir to integrate the flavours
- Finish with half an orange wheel as a garnish before you serve
